Started in 2000 Campbell Wedding Cars of South Shields now have one of the largest selections of classic and vintage style wedding cars in the North East of England. A major factor in this is the recommendations we receive.

Our fleet includes classic style Regents, modern Chryslers, cool VWs and an iconic 1965 V8 Mustang. We have multiple vehicles – details of which can be found in the Our Cars section. Our wedding cars are some of the most popular around.

We do not set limits on the distance we are willing to travel, therefore we cover a large area. Being based in South Shields the surrounding towns and cities are covered including Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland. We also go further up into Northumberland and Alnwick and right down to the Teesside area, that covers Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Stockton, taking in Durham and Washington.

Our showroom is open every Thursday between 5pm – 7pm so the bride and groom can view all of our wedding cars to help them make a choice for their big day. You are welcome to sit in and test all of the vehicles we have on offer. We highly recommend that you visit our showroom as it will assist you in making the right choice. We attend a lot of wedding shows at popular wedding venues around the region. Our cars are included in many wedding packages that some of these venues supply.

A Few Words From Us

The main advice that we would give to people looking for their wedding car is don’t leave it to late! Once a car is booked out then it becomes unavailable to anyone else. Brides are usually booking between 10 and 18 months before the big day.

Also, we recommend that you always view the cars you are interested in. This will give you the chance to speak to the company and make sure they are able to supply the service you need i.e. number of journeys to your ceremony and the use of the cars for your photographs. This also allows you to see the car up close so you won’t be disappointed on your wedding day.
