Cancellations

• All cancellations must be made in writing only and sent recorded delivery.
• Cancellations made six months prior to the wedding date – 20% charge of the balance plus deposit will be required.
• Cancellations made three months prior to the wedding date – 50% charge of the balance plus deposit will be required.
• Cancellations within two months prior ot the wedding date – full cost of wedding car hire will be required.

The management reserve the right in the event of an accident or mechanical breakdown to the vehicle ordered on the contract to supply a substitute of similar style.

Which will not contravene the contract hire of wedding cars.
