Typically we can provide multiple trips to the wedding ceremony venue which can include, groomsmen, bridesmaids and the bride etc. We carry out a single journey transporting the bride and groom together after the ceremony to the reception venue. Groomsmen, bridesmaids and other guests will then have to have alternative transport to the reception.

A deposit of £50 is required upon submission of this form. We will send an invoice one month before your wedding for the final balance.

• All cancellations must be made in writing or email to cancellations@theweddingcamper.uk.
• Cancellations made before 6 months of wedding date – deposit will be required.
• Cancellations made within six months of wedding date – 20% charge of balance plus deposit will be required.
• Cancellations made within three months of wedding date – 50% charge of balance plus deposit will be required.
• Cancellations made within two months of wedding date – full charge of balance plus deposit will be required.
• Cosmetic changes to the vans appearance may occur.
• We reserve the right in the event of an accident or mechanical breakdown to supply an alternative vehicle to be used as transport.
